Error description

• HDPC wrongly issues MSGFABP1955E during the Index Key Check
  between PHIDAM and PHIDAM primary index under the following
  conditions:
  * The root segment is of fixed length.
  * A Segment Edit/Compression exit routine is defined for the
  root segment as data compression.
  * HDPC is run in a stand-alone job.
  * HASH=YES and IXKEYCHK=YES are specified in the PROCCTL data
  set.
