• Create a team and role that can Create, View and Edit Resources
  (e.g. ManageTeam)
  Create a team and role that can only View Resources (e.g .
  ViewTeam)
  Create a Resource and add the Team "ManageTeam" (e.g.
  TestResource)
  
  Using a User that is a part of both teams have the user attempt
  to add the "ViewTeam" to the "TestResource" resource via the UI.
  The "ViewTeam" will not show in the drop down list.
  
  Using the same user attempt to add the "ViewTeam "to the
  "TestResource" resource via the udclient's or RestAPI's
  addResourceToTeam method.
  This method will succeed.
