PI96925: ETI$DPTB AND ETI$LOG PANELS DISPLAY INCORRECT VALUE FOR NUMBER OF ROWS

Error description

• Previously, when multiple filters were applied to the Table
  Selection panel (ETI$DPTB) or the Log Display panel (ETI$LOG),
  the row count field could become inaccurate. Once this fix
  is applied, the correct row count is always displayed.
