Error description

• If CMBATCH creates a WSL which DROPS/CREATE a table and
  recreates a number of relationships, some of the tables may go
  into CHECK PENDING.  ADBTEP2 may not resolve the CHECK PENDING,
  even though ADBTEP2_AC = 'YES'.   The result may be the
  following error when running a COPY command from the WSL:

  When relationships are recreated, some tables may go into
  CHECK PENDING. ADBTEP2 does not resolve the CHECK PENDING,
  even though the auto-check ADBTEP2 option (ADBTEP2_AC) is
  set to 'YES'. As a result, a COPY utility being executed
  in the WSL may fail with RC08:
