Error description

• The calendar element to pre-select filter values ignores your
  selection and sets the filter to last day of month instead.
  This misbehavior does not occur when using Internet Explorer
  (IE), but with FireFox.
  
  The date selection is properly handled when executing ad hoc
  query and when prompted to enter your date selection(s).
  

Local fix

• Avoid using the calendar element and enter your date manually in
  the text box.
  OR, update your browser, for example instead of Firefox ESR
  52.6.0 use Firefox ESR 52.7.2
