  following conditions:
  - HDPC is run as a stand-alone job.
  - The END statement is specified in the PROCCTL data sets.

  ABEND0C4 can occur in CSECT FABPSTMS at offset X'2DC'
   SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000004
    DATA AT PSW 002E1892 - 06E0956B E0004770 C39645E0
  under either of the following conditions:
  - HDPC is run when PROC, OPTION, REPORT, DATABASE, or END
    statement with no keywords is specified in the PROCCTL data
    set.
  - SPMN or SPMN Site Default Generation utility is run when
    PROC, OPTION, DATABASE, or END statement with no keywords is
    specified in the FABKCTL data set.
  
  In these cases, when HPPC analyzes control statements, HPPC can
  incorrectly refers to an inaccessible area that was located
  before the area getmained for control statement analysis.
  

Problem conclusion

• HPPC has modified to fix the error.
