PI96524: LOADER JOBS MAY HANG AFTER CANCEL ON DB2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The following issues are addressed with this APAR:
  - Loader jobs may hang after CANCEL on DB2.  With this APAR
  applied, Loader job will end with a S04E
  - Previously, when Parameter ACCEL_ON_UNSUPPORTED_LOAD =
  'LOAD_DB2" was set in HLO Options, and if the table to be
  loaded was not defined on the accelerator, the load job would
  have failed with error message:
  'HLOU5711E 169 18:16:27.46 Target table for LOAD utility not
  defined on accelerator <accel name>'
  and data would not have been loaded into the DB2 table.
  After change made in this APAR, when Parameter
  ACCEL_ON_UNSUPPORTED_LOAD = 'LOAD_DB2" is set in HLO Options,
  and if the table to be loaded is not defined on the accelerator,
  IDAA_DUAL will load data into Db2.
