Problem summary

    * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM IMS Tools Base for z/OS *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Policy Services ISPF User Interface *
    * enables the update of rule threshold *
    * values by one enter key. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
For the Update/Add Threshold Value Set panel, users had to press
two enter keys to update rule threshold values. Internally, the
first enter key validates the updated threshold values and the
second enter key committed the values.
This enhancement enables users to press only one enter key to
update rule threshold values. The one enter key processes both
validating and committing the rule threshold values.
This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
    requirement 38627.

This APAR also resolves following issues.
    1. For the Select Threshold Notification panel, the value in the
S column for the pre-selected from original policy was S. It
    should be O.
    2. When pressing PF3 key in the Select Threshold Notification
panel, Select Rule Notification list panel was displayed with
the status of S, even though no notification list is selected.
    3. If a directory entry is displayed from the View Notification
List panel, the description field was always blank.
    4. If more than 100 thresholds are specified in a policy, the
Policy Services ISPF User Interface ends with error. To avoid
this error, a warning message will be issued to reduce the
    number of thresholds.
