Error description

• Check Box Group prompt with a Width Value set causes the Height
  of the prompt set to display the full list of prompt values
  instead of expected height with a scrollbar.  Problem occurs in
  Cognos Analytics 11.0.10 with report set to Run with full
  interactivity = No
  

Local fix

• Remove the Width value from the Check Box Prompt Size and
  Overflow property
