When HPPC is run for image copies (except for Fast Recovery
image copies taken with IMS HP Image Copy and SMSOFFLC type
image copies) of a secondary index database with non-unique
keys, HPPC wrongly calculates relative byte addresses (RBA) of
a part of logical records in an overflow data set of the
secondary index database because VSAM CI overhead is not be
    considered correctly.
As the result, when HASH=NO is specified, HPPC incorrectly
    issues MSGFABP0971E and MSGFABP0974E. When HASH=YES is
specified, HPPC incorrectly issues MSGFABP1994E and
    MSGFABP2005E.
