Error description

• If Full Exports from 10.2.1 FP6+  are imported into CA 11.0.8+,
  the column USERID in CMOBJPROPS33 will lock up with NULL values.
  10.2.2 or CA Exports will not lock up the Column. 10.2.1 and CA
  are secured with an LDAP Namespace that runs against an Active
  Directory.

• n/a only new users/profiles will receive full updates on
  CMOBJPROPS33
