APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When an instance of IIDR CDC for z/OS is configured with a
  row-filtering expression which contains a comparison expression
  with NULL leads to the rest of the row-filtering expressions to
  be considered TRUE regardless of the expression.
  

Local fix

• If the expression contains only one NULL comparison, this
  comparison can be placed at the end of the expression to avoid
  this problem.

  handle the value of NULL correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to properly handle NULL
