Error description

• (see document attached mapsdefect)
  
  When zooming into some locations such as Hamilton and some other
  locations mentioned in the "Ambiguous Regions" warning, you will
  find they are not in the correct location, often slightly off.
  Compare with Google Maps to see this issue.
  
  This can be seen by the circular value being in the wrong area,
  which can be zoomed into for more detail
  
  Please see issue 2. for this defect, I will log the other
  numbers (1 and 3) as separate defects.
