Error description

• This fix applies to subsystem cloning and the subsystem cloning
  stored procedure. When the DATASHR-ATTR = FEWER   parameter is
  specified, the DB2XCFCLEAN job is not being generated after the
  DB2LGRNXCLEAN job. After applying this fix, the DB2XCFCLEAN job
  is correctly generated after the DB2LGRNXCLEAN job.
