Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1. Change Accumulation job loses data when reading active logs
  on DB2 V12.
  2. Active log read fails with RC=X' 378000' when all logs are
  encrypted.  The following messages will appear in the job
  output:
  SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=378 REASON CODE=0000001C
  GGC2803E The reader service returned an error, RC=X'378000'
