Error description

The problem happen when redeploying docker container with
the same name as the one previously deployed. Status showed
completed but the result show error "The specified server
xxx already appears to be a member."

The problem happens when redeploying a Docker container with the
same name as one previously deployed on a target host.  The
status of the deploy operation shows completed but the result
shows the error "The specified server xxx already appears to be
a member."

Problem conclusion

Code is corrected to eliminate this problem with deploying same
named Docker members.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.2  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
