Error description

• Some collection reports, like CollSumm, read all collection
  data sets no matter what dates were specified on the filters
  panel. This can be optimized by reading only the necessary data
  sets, like the CollFncs report does. If you are keeping 30 days
  worth of data, and usually only want a report for the last 7
  days, the optimized report may be up to 4 times faster.

  This update improves the selection of collection data sets in
  the following reports:
  - CollSumm
  - CollThrs
  - CollExtr
  - CollCost
