PI95700: ADD SUPPORT FOR DB2 DIRECT READ OF LINEAR DATASETS

Error description

• Using IMS Direct as a model, add support for reading DB2 tables
  using direct access to DB2 linear datasets. This feature will
  default to disabled unless selected at mapping time or changed
  when the map is edited. A VTB rule can optionally disable this
  setting as well. This feature will only be used for large data
  pulls when filtering with a WHERE clause is not used.
