PI95625: CICS WEBSERVICE REQUESTER ADDRESSING EXCEPTION PI 1F05

Error description

• CICS region is running as Webservice requester. Two invoke
  service commands are issued. The first invoke service
  works, but the second invoke service, you see 'PI 1F05'
  trace exception entry with 'Namespace prefix not resolved'
  in it,
    PI 1F05 PIA1  *EXC* - ADDRESSING_EXCEPTION
  .
  The net result: it does not honor the EPR created by
  WSACONTEXT BUILD.

  *                      requester. Two invoke service commands  *
  *                      are issued by the same task. The first  *
  *                      invoke webservice works, but the second *
  *                      invoke webservice failed,'Namespace     *
  *                      prefix not resolved'.                   *

  A CICS/TS WEB addressing requester program issued an EXEC CICS
  WSACONTEXT BUILD followed by an EXEC CICS INVOKE WEBSERVICE.
  The request is sent to the provider (None CICS/TS). When the
  response is received the WS-Addressing name space has been
  changed from 'wsa' to 'a' by the provider. The INVOKE WESERVICE
  completes with a resp 0 and resp2 0.
  A second EXEC CICS WSACONTEXT BUILD is issued. During the
  command processing DFHPIAD finds the DFHWS-XMLNS container with
  a namespace 'a' and uses it to build the endpoint
  reference (EPR) instead of 'wsa' namespace.
  This results in the EPR not being honoured during the EXEC
  INVOKE WEBSERVICE the endpoint from the WSBIND file is used
  instead.

Problem conclusion

• DFHPIAD CONTEXT BUILD processing has been changed to prevent the
  re-use of the DFHWS-XMLNS container, when the task is a
  webservice requester.

  DFHWSADH also has been changed to return a SOAP FAULT when
  DFHPIA1 returned an EXCEPTION response with a reason code of
  ADDRESSING_EXCEPTION.
