Error description

• Two tasks attempting to disable the JVM at the same time as
  another was collecting statistics which led to the
  DSSR_ALREADY_WAITING.
  Here is the message:
  DFHSJ0001 applid An abend (code ---/AKEA) has
            X'12C0' in module DFHSJIN.
  DFHSJ0002 applid A severe error (code X'0B22') has
            occurred in module DFHSJJS.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHSJ0002 (Code X'0B22') when a task    *
  *                      attempts to disable a JVMSERVER.        *
  ****************************************************************
  A task is collecting statistics on a JVM server.  This involves
  a call to be made into the JVM server to gather some statistics
  from the Java code.
  Whilst the Java code is executing two tasks attempt to disable
  the JVM server.  To allow the task collecting statistics to
  finish, the first task waits on the JVM server's STATSCOL ECB.
  The second task also attempts to wait on the ECB but receives
  a DSSR_ALREADY_WAITING exception from Dispatcher.  Any non-ok
  response is unexpected so a DFHSJ0002 severe error with code
  X'0B22' is issued.

  DFHSJJS has been modified so that if two tasks attempt to
  disable a JVMSERVER whilst statistics collection is taking place
  then the second task takes no action.
