Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when ZFile.readJFCB is called extensively
  by an application. ZFile.readJFCB fails to release the memory
  allocated on each call.
  

Problem conclusion

• ZFile.readJFCB has been updated to release allocated memory at
  the end of each call to prevent storage failure from occurring.
