    Previous APAR corrected a problem on a ECB being double posted,
    by bypassing the POST when ECB has been posted. This resulted
    in a hang situation in certain conditions.  This APAR corrects
    the hang
    

Problem conclusion

  • Logic to bypass a posted ECB is removed and ECB is cleared
    before the wait.
