APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Using the UTIL line command on a table and UL command, the JCL
generated uses ADBTEP2 instead of DSNUPROC when Review/change
option is NO. APAR PI50685 fixed the code for unload table space
but not for unload table.

Local fix

  • Set Review/change option to YES.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ADBTEP2 is used instead of DSNUPROC     *

*                      or XML.                                 *

When 'UT' line command is specified on a table not containing
LOB or XML columns, ADBTEP2 program is used instead of DSNUPROC
in the JCL for UNLOAD TABLE SPACE execution.
