PI95010: DISPLAY INFORMATIONAL MESSAGE FOR IOCTL WHEN CONNECTION IS OUTSIDE THE SYSPLEX

Error description

• When the following parameters in IN00 are set to stop connection
  from outside the same SYSPLEX, a new connection from outside the
  SYSPLEX will receive RC 1162:
  .
  "MODIFY PARM NAME(DRIVERSYSPLEXAUTH) VALUE(YES)"
  "MODIFY PARM NAME(DRIVEROFFSYSPLEX) VALUE(NO)"
  New support will handle RC 1162 and return the following
  message:
    IOCTL Information - SOCK nnnn - Connection from Off SYSPLEX
                        Client.
