• 1) Miscellaneous fixes for Log Apply component
  2) SQLCODE=-206 in DB2 V10/V11 TS Cloning binds for CKZGSIX2,
  CKZGSTS2, CKZ#MAIN, CKZPSIX2, CKZPSTS2
  3) Incorrect release reference in SCKZPARM(CKZPPARM)
  4) Help does not show SUBTASK-DATASET-EXTENSIONS disables some
  functions such as log apply
  5) Possible reference to released storage in CKZ00984
  6) Update cloning with target becoming non-data sharing
  procedure sections of UG
