  Provide support for a new version of the EMC storage controller.
  This will prevent possible GCL02346E EMCSNAPII ERROR; SNAP
  VOLUME R15=00000008 X'00000008' LOC=IVS11 when using the COPY
  command with PGM(EMCSNAP) for volumes on a new version of the
  EMC storage controller.
