Error description

• UET SORT EXIT during analysis of FORMAT DELIMITED record may
  incorrectly determine end of record when:
  1. Number of fields specified less than number of fields in the
     SYSREC record;
  2. Last field specified in the LOAD card is DUMMY;
  3. Last field in the SYSREC record has CHARDELs
