Error description

When attempting to authenticate using social media,
authentication fails and an FFDC message is seen:

When attempting to authenticate using social media,

Problem conclusion

Code is updated so the timing issue that produced this error no
longer occurs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
