Problem conclusion

• Component rule on the CopyOrDesc'n under Message Copy needs to
  be modified to correctly parse lines of data that are preceeded
  with more than one cr/lf or cr/lf:cr/lf. This was modified for
  messages MT295, MT296, MTn92, Mtn95 and MTn96
  
  Applies to:
  Swift IP 9.0.2.0, Swift 9.0.2.1
