PI94462: ERROR WHEN CREATING PACKAGE FOR A TM1 CUBE WITH AMPERSAND IN ITSNAME

Error description

• When attempting to publish a package from a TM1 data source
  connection in Cognos Administration, if the cube name has an
  ampersand in it (ie &), the ampersand will be replaced by the
  encoded value for an ampersand: &amp
  
  If you select the cube with &amp in the name and attempt to
  publish it, an error saying the cube does not exist will be
  returned: XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: XTM-MET-0001 A
  cube with the specified name
  ("03.01.CCAR_P&L_Input") cannot be found on the
  TM1 server.
