Error description

  • Any files owned by bigsql user under the  DATA
DIRECTORIES  path will be deleted.
The next version of the script will force users to create a
bigsql directory under their  DATA DIRECTORIES  path
before the install can proceed.
eg:
/mnt/bigsql

Local fix

  • Add  bigsql  directory to the  DATA DIRECTORIES
path you want to use
Eg:
"/mnt1/bigsql, /mnt2/bigsql, /hadoop/bigsql
Upgrade to BigSQL 503 for full fix
