  *                      space can abend U0001-00000061 with     *
  *                      IEC161I 052(009,jobname) message.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that corrects this APAR.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When a history data se is full, Sysplex Manager server switches
  to the next history data set. At this time, if a history
  archiving program or a history monitoring program is using the
  next history data set, it cannot be opened for reuse.
  In this case, Sysplex Manager server abends U0001-00000061.
  

Problem conclusion

• Sysplex Manager server has been changed as follows:
  When Sysplex Manager server cannot switch to the next history
  data set due to OPEN error, IMS Sysplex Manager server waits for
  three seconds and tries to open the history data set again.
  The retry continues up to 10 times until the data set opens.
  If the retry fails for the 10th time, the IMS Sysplex Manager
  server abends U0001-00000061.
