APAR status

Error description

  • User launches Microsoft Excel, and logs onto Controller (via the
    Excel link).  User opens a spreadsheet report (XLSX file with
    lots of formulae in it). User clicks 'F9' to run (refresh) the
    report. This works OK.
    - User then presses F9 again (to re-run the report). An error
    appears:    "Microsoft Excel has stopped working"
    Other steps to reproduce are:
    - open excel
    - log into controller
    - open the report file
    - press F9
