Error description

• This is cumulative APAR which includes ALL maintenance to-date
  since Base Code.
  The APAR also addresses the following issues that can occur
  when using REBUILD_INDEXES:
  1. A S0C4 abend (SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4
     REASON CODE=00000010) in module GGC#LGAP (OFFSET=0001FD16).
  2. Abend U12 in modules GGC#LGAP, GGC#WRIT, and GGC#MAIN
     accompanied by the following error messages:
        GGC2027E A Rebuild indexes thread returned rc = 0x14.
        GGC3601E Log apply task returned an error, RC=X'00000C'
