    2.ARSYSPIN is enhanced to issue the ARS4336I and ARS4336I
    messages when ARSYSPIN is ready to accept work and when the STOP
    MVSoperator command is issued.
    
    3.Support is added to invoke the arsuprep exit in 31-bit mode.
    
    4.When LINEOFFSET=ASPRINTED and INPEXIT=exitname are specified,
    ARGL390L was not initializing a variable.  Subsequent use of
    that unitialized variable leads to the S0C4.
    
    5.ARGL390C was ignoring a return code set after a malloc
    failure, causing it to use an invalid pointer.
