  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: GEN/MIG does not generate DDL for       *
  *                      the primary index when the table        *
  *                      space is implicitly created and if      *
  *                      the primary key is defined after        *
  *                      the table is created.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When running GEN or MIG command on a table with a primary key
  and the table is using an implicitly created table space and the
  primary key was defined after the CREATE TABLE, the command does
  not produce the DDL for the CREATE INDEX for the primary key.
