  When the OMEGAMON for Db2 collector address space is restarted,
  storage is re-allocated.  Agent address space activity that is
  still active may try to access the freed storage causing
  ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ensure the agent address space does not access freed storage
  when the collector address space is restarted.
