Error description

• This APAR addresses two issues:
  1.  A Batch CM or Object Compare Analyze job which
  includes stored procedures may issue the following
  message (although the job will not fail):
   ADB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed
  2.   An Object Compare job may end with the following error:
  IBM0421S  ONCODE=520  The SUBSCRIPTRANGE condition
                     was raised.
                     From entry point CM30057 at statement 9683
                     at compile unit offset >offset< at entry
                     offset >offset< at address >address<.

Problem conclusion

• Both parser errors were caused by an incorrect CCSID
  used by the parser. The problem has been resolved.
