Error description

• Column CL7_ELAPSED_LAST in Performance Database (PDB) table
  DB2PMSACCT_PROGRAM table may have a value that is clearly
  incorrect in some rows. This happens when the value of either of
  the QPACSCB (Beginning Store Clock Time) or QPACSCE (Ending
  Store Clock Time) fields in the source accounting record (IFCID
  147, 148 or 239) is null.
