Error description

• After applying PTF UI53337 (v11.2), UI53338(v12.1), or
  UI53429(v12.1), and binding the  Admin Tool packages, the
  rebind of package ADBTEP2 may fail
  with the following error messages:

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The DBRM ADBTEP2 was precompiled with DB2 V12 and V11
  for Admin Tool V12.1 and V11.2, respectively.  When a
  user tries to perform a bind against a lower level DB2
  subsystem than that of the DBRM, the bind job may end
  with error DSNT208I due to the unsupported DB2 version.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  This issue can occur after applying PTFs UI53337
  (DB2 Admin Tool 11.2), UI53338 (DB2 Admin Tool
  12.1), or UI53429 (DB2 Admin Tool 12.1).
