Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed in the SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
  container. An application can use both - the compact and long
  form of a Session-Expires header field to overwrite an existing
  header.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the Recommended
