  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Quality improvements and internal       *
  *                      enhancements. TAS component hangs if    *
  *                      SOT address spaces fail to initialize.  *
  *                      SOTMIN and SOTMAX configuration setting *
  *                      need adjustments.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply PI93014.  Ensure SOTMIN and SOTMAX     *
  *                 configuration values are greater than 1.     *
  ****************************************************************
  Quality improvements and internal enhancements.
  TAS component hangs if SOT address spaces fail to initialize.
  The range of valid values for SOTMIN and SOTMAX configuration
  parameters where changed.  The new range is 2 to 9999.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes are to internal processing and should be transparent to
  customers. New SOTMIN and SOTMAX range values should be
  consistent with what is already in use.
