PI92838: ABEND0C4 DECZLDX0 CHECKING IF SEGMENT NEEDS TO BE DECOMPRESSED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the data compresses to less than 8 bytes (in reported case
  it compressed to 7) the code that checks for the input row
  being uncompressed will improperly reference the virtual page
  preceding the page containing the row data. If that page can
  not be referenced an abend will occur.
