  PTF UI52221 failed to include BIND instructions for
  the DBRM delivered and users will receive a
  SQLCODEN805 / SQLCODE-805 error.
  APAR PI92268 was delivered as a DOC fixer for PI89214/
  UI52221, however there were no parts delivered and did not
  resolve the issue. This APAR is meant to replace APAR
  PI92268 and supersedes PI89214/UI52221.
  

Problem conclusion

• Perform BIND as instructed by ++HOLD.
