PI92659: DB2 RRSAF IDENTIFY CALL FAILS WHEN HALOAD RUNS IN A STORED PROCEDURE ENVIRONMENT

Error description

• When the HALOAD command runs as a stored procedure (under the
  DSNUTILU WLM) against multiple accelerators, the ADD_TABLES
  function fails with DB2 connect errors.  The failure manifests
  itself as an S04E ABEND in the DSNUTILU WLM. This failure
  occurs only when tables must be added to multiple accelerators.
  A single accelerator works fine.
