APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Deployment Manager should not be started by WASPre if it
  was not originally running and the -keepDmgrEnable flag is
  false.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  *                      WASPreUpgrade runs - even though it     *

  The return code is not being handle properly from the
  stopManager command and a flag is being set to start the Dmgr
  when WASPreUpgrade completes.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix the code that handles the return code from the stopManager
  commands so that it does not falsely set the flag to start the
  dmgr.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.7.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
