• Running DB2 V10.1 NFM and install Admin Tool v11.2, from
  System Catalog, AO - Authorization options then UA - User
  authorizations returns error:
  
     SQLCODE = -204, ERROR:  SYSIBM.SYSVARIABLEAUTH IS AN
                UNDEFINED NAME
