Error description

• The IIDR CDC for z/OS enhancement APAR PI79094 laid the
  groundwork for the IDAA HTAP feature to provide transactional
  consistency for accellerated queries. This follow-on APAR makes
  a small adjustment to the product's commit semantics to be
  better aligned with with those of DB2 z/OS.
