Error description

• Automation Tool (HAA) uses runtime statistics on DB2 tables to
  see what tables need to be reorganized. Query Monitor should
  use data it has collected to be able determine which of those
  tables would actually benefit from a REORG.
  E.g.: A REORG may not be necessary:
  * If query performance has not degraded
  * if query performance is unrelated to level of organization
