Error description
If you name an event "myevent in test" Rhapsody will not let you add that event to a transition as it assume it is shorthand for an event named "MyEvent" in package "test" and you get an error: "Cannot perform operation. Missing owning package test" This doesn't happen with types or attributes added to to operations etc.. This is not consistent with the rest of the product.
